  • This is a set of rear portal axle conversion kit for the BRX80 PHAT™ axle.

    Features:
    • Additional 15mm / 0.59" ground clearance at the pumpkin
    • CNC aluminum portal lockout & cover
    • BADASS™ heavy-duty steel rear straight driveshafts
    • BADASS™ heavy-duty steel rear portal driveshafts
    • Four heavy-duty hardened steel gears in each portal gearbox (four contact points increase gear mesh and adds dutability)
    • Output shaft spins in the same direction as the input shaft
    • Anti-twist steel brackets to prevent axle twist
    • Full rubber sealed bearings
    • Full 12.9-grade hardware
    • Compatible with PHAT™ Axle brake disc and caliper (caliper requires optional adapter)

    Specification:
    • Width: 173.5mm / 6.83" pin-to-pin (BRX80 portal axle front and rear axles are the same width)
    • Requires 44mm / 1.73" wheel barrel clearance (to clear the entire portal gearbox)
    • Portal gearbox ratio: 1:1
    • Portal Gearbox Size:
      • Width: 23.5mm
      • Height: 30.5mm (21.5mm above shaft / 9mm below)

    Fits:
    • BRX80 Rear PHAT™ Axle
    • 1.55" / 1.9 / 2.2" wheels (will fit 1.55" wheels depending on offset)

    Includes:
    • 1x Left Side Portal Conversion Unit
    • 1x Right Side Portal Conversion Unit
